    All features of My Jaguar are being discontinued. Jaguar InControl, app and website is not be affected by this change. Visit Jaguar InControl.

    Before 25th March 2024, we recommend clients with saved builds (vehicle configurations) log in and export these before they are removed.   • Why are Jaguar discontinuing this website?

    The current website has provided convenience to our clients for several years in its current form. As new technology becomes available, Jaguar adapts our vehicles, services, websites and mobile apps to improve them. We are discontinuing the current technology set up and are working on an updated platform.

    Later in 2024, Jaguar will be inviting clients to use new online services to purchase and enjoy their vehicles and connected services.

  • What will happen to my data after My Jaguar is discontinued?

    Although My Jaguar is being discontinued, nothing is changing in how Jaguar deals with our client’s data, with the exception of saved builds (vehicle configurations) which will be removed on 25th March 2024. We recommend clients with saved builds (vehicle configurations) log in and export these before they are removed. To do this, select each saved build to return the configurator summary page. On this page you can ‘Download Personalised Brochure’ or email a link to yourself. All client account data will remain securely stored in line with our privacy policy.
